Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Well I've been coming to Valvoline for many years and this past visit, I don't know what they did but when I left and was almost home my car started jerking aggressively and wouldn't go past 40mph, so I was told to bring it back and they would look at it. Drain plug was left loose. Found out at my next oil change. Plug was barely more than finger tight. Oil has now covered the underside of my car and engine was a quart low. This vehicle does not leak oil otherwise and has never been low before. Service performed 6/11/2025.

I had a really positive experience getting my oil changed. I really like the girl that is working there she's very friendly and nice and thorough on my car. I will be going back.

Got an oil change done at this location yesterday and I can't say enough about the experience. Charlie and the rest of the team were fantastic! Quick, thorough, extremely friendly, and professional. This has to be the best oil shop around! I was lucky enough to get help from a guy named Grant! He was awesome got my car done super fast. Every bay was full when i got there and i still dont think i waited more then 20 min. These guys know what they are doing! This is my new spot for sure!
